This website is owned and operated by Spadunya Club. All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions.
SDC may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in UAE Dirhams and all charges will be processed in UAE Dirhams.

All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. SDC will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order. 
SDC reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. SDC will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, SDC will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery SDC will notify its customers within 5 business days.

Goods will be shipped via courier. Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped, please allow 7-10 business days

*Spadunya Club is a wellbeing spa club for women. We offer face, hair, nails and body treatments in our spa as well as private and group exercise programs in our Fitness studio.

All our treatments are complimented with holistic advice of our consultants which is not a substitute for medical recommendations of registered doctors and other health professionals. Spadunya promotes a healthy lifestyle using natural and organic products. Our products are not tested on animals and are environmentally friendly.

We have never received any complaints of allergic reaction to our organic range Altearah Bio. We neither offer our customers medical treatments or alternative therapies nor take responsibility for treating any conditions which require medical attention

Payment Terms

Payments are to be made after each treatment or by pre-paid packages. Cash and/or credit cards are accepted. Our promotions are not valid in conjunction with any other promotions and/or discounts.

Shipping cost will be additional 30% UAE & 37% Middle East, India, Pakistan & Srilanka.

Fraud Prevention

In order to protect you and SDC from fraudulent transactions, SDC may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the "bill to" address that you provide matches your credit card address. SDC also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses.

Refunds

Defective items will be replaced upon receiving goods. SDC will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind to protect the quality of the goods.
In the event that SDC chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

• Delivery is via third party courier
• It is our company policy that we do not ship to Post Office box.
• All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery.
• Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
• As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
• If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
• If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.
• Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
• Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 7 days for delivery around UAE and 5 -15 days for delivery outside UAE.
